Description
Currently there is a 4 week waiting period and 3 week processing time for ordering hogs. Orders are process in the order that they are received.
Steps to Ordering
- Place your order via our website and pay the deposit
- You will receive a notification that your order has been received.
- In 2-3 business days a staff member will contact you to take your order details (cuts, # to a package, etc). Please review the pork page for our standard cuts.
- We will then put your order into our processing schedule.
- Once your order has been processed, cut, packed and frozen a staff member will contact you. They will give you the details on the weight and final cost (minus your deposit)
- You can pick up your beef at our processing facility Tuesday though Sunday during our normal hours. Pickup must be with 10 days of notification.
- Final payment is due at time of pickup, no exceptions.
